Home Smoke Alarm Check-Up, Replacement and Installation Enrollment Form


If you are served by Klein Fire Department and would like to schedule a time to have us check your home smoke alarms to ensure they are working properly, replace your batteries, or install new alarms that you have already purchased or are from us, please complete the form below and we will coordinate with you a visit to your home.


SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT


We can schedule smoke alarm appointments between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Once you request your preferred and alternate dates and times, we will follow up with a confirmation or a request for another date due to a conflict on our end.


We ask that you provide at least 2 days advance notice. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with ceilings whose height is over 12 feet.


Smoke alarm appointments are intended for residential structures that are not operated and maintained by residential management companies such as apartment complexes or assisted living facilities.
